Job Position:- Accounts Personnel for the IT


Location:-  Kinshasa DRC - Africa


Job Description :


Looking for an Accountant who can independently handle the accounts of the Division. Candidates having worked in a similar setup having :
1. Accounting concepts, work experience is mandatory - min 5 years. Should be able to prepare the verticals and explain the business with the Division Head.
2. Has some basic knowledge of IT Products and peripherals.
3. Should be aware of costing and calculations - Importation & Product Costing
4. Able to provide quotes to customers, invoicing, liaising with suppliers for product prices and specifications.
5. Liaise with the warehouse, outlets and branches for stock requirements, arrange for logistics and ensure delivery.


Key Roles:
1. Should have some basic product knowledge in IT,  
2. Handle the correspondence with suppliers, with clients, 
3. Able to quote their requirements, invoicing, proforma's, 
4. Sync with the Retail and Corp Sales Team, 
5. Monitor the Warehouse activity, follow up the dispatch and logistics with the team.
