M/s. IMCO - Kuwait is in need of the below mentioned personnel for one of their Oil and Gas Projects at Kuwait.
1) Process Control Engineer :
Engineering graduate in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent. Min 10 Yrs experience in maintenance of Process Control Instrumentation in Hydrocarbon Refinery or similar operating plants in the Oil and Gas Industry. Should have knowledge of State of Art Distributed Control System and Fault Tolerant Emergency Shutdown System is considered essential. Familiarization with Custody Transfer Systems, Tank Gauging Systems, Modern Blending Systems, Allen Bradley PLC's and Bentley Nevada System will be an added advantage. Should be conversant with International Standards like API, ANSI,and NFPA, NEC, IEEE etc. as are relevant to Control Instrumentation and Safety Practices, necessary in Explosive and Toxic hazardous environment.
2) Process Control Supervisor :
Diploma in Chemical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engg. Min of 10 yrs of experience in maintenance of process control instruments in Oil refinery / Petrochemical Plants / Fertilizers. Should have Good Working knowledge about various process control instruments and skill to check, calibrate and repair them up to the DCS system. Should have a good knowledge on the DCS - Honeywell system.
3) Process Control Technician :
ITI or NCTVT qualified in instrumentation / Electronics trade. Min 7 Yrs of experience in the maintenance of pneumatic and electronic instruments related to Refinery / Petrochemical. Skilled in checking, calibrating and repairing process instruments. Good working knowledge of all types of electronic instruments. Must be conversant with all types of Smart Devices. Have good knowledge of DCS ( like Honeywell ), PLCS, and ESD"s.
4) Analysis Engineer :
Engineering graduate in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent. Min 10 yrs experience in Maintenance of Process Analyzers in an Operating Hydrocarbon Refinery or Similar Operating Plants in the Oil and Gas Industry. Should have an understanding of Petroleum chemistry and good knowledge of physical methods of analysis and parameters used for qualitative and quantitative assessment of Petroleum products like Smoke Point, Lash Point, Reed Vapor Pressure, Initial Boiling Point, Viscosity, specific Gravity / Density, Ph Conductivity etc. Should be conversant with Industrial Pollution Requirements, Recommended practices / Regulations for Waste management System and knowledge of OSHA, EPA guidelines. Should have sound knowledge of physical methods of analysis and sample handling systems and operating principles of process online analyzers for qualitative and quantitative assessment using data acquisition computers and microprocessors etc. Typically Gas Chromatographs, Ph, Conductivity, Silica, Na Analyzers, IBP Analyzers, RVP Analyzers, UV / IR Flame Detectors, Density / Viscosity Analyzers, H2S / Hydrocarbon Analyzers, Sulphur in Oil Analyzers, Oxygen / Co2 / Co Analyzers.
5) Analysis Supervisor :
Diploma in Chemical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engg or equivalent. Min 10 Yrs experience in Maintenance of Process analyzers in an Operating Hydrocarbon Refinery or similar operating plants in the oil and Gas industry.
6) Analysis Technician :
ITI / NCTVT ITI or NCTVT qualified in instrumentation / Electronics trade. Min 7 Yrs of experience in Maintenance of Process analyzers in an Operating Hydrocarbon Refinery or similar operating plants in the oil and Gas industry.
