Experience:
2 to 5 yrs.
-Ensure that department goals are communicated, understood, and met by hourly associates
-Coordinate tasks & work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently
-Should have minimum 2 yrs exp as a Restaurant Supervisor
-Work with management to ensure that hourly associates clearly understand their job roles,responsibilities & performance expectations
-Conduct day to day shift or oversee department operation
