Test development on J750 platform with good know-how of micro-controller, embedded flash and Mixed Signal ADC.
BTech/MTech degree in Electrical/ Electronics
Engineering. Min 4-7 yrs of exp in CMOS IC test dev't projects. Burn In,
Reliability test developer w/ Hardware (burn in boards) designs.
Microcontroller, SOC & FLASH test dev't, Teradyne J750.
