Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
The job incumbent will be responsible for managing the Training Budget & Calendar and plan along with the Chief Learning Officer and the business heads, the annual training budget for the region. This will include identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with other functional and category managers and measuring the ROI of training in the territory to show tangible benefits.
 
The role will also involve training delivery & administration. The training manager will be required to formulate the annual and monthly training calendars for the territory in consultation with the Manager and assist the corporate learning & development team, coordinate with preselected vendors/ service providers to ensure timely provision of training infrastructure, development of content and training delivery.
The role requires good people management skills and sharp business acumen to understand the needs and priorities of the business.
