SCOPE OF JOB
  • Programme and Project management in Kazakhstan
  • Strategic and operational
  • Ambassador for the programme and for the charity
MAIN DUTIES:
  • Prepares and maintains project plans
  • Budget Management and oversight and accountability of cost, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project to agreed scope
  • Monitors performance against plan, and takes action where these deviate from agreed ranges
  • Prepares all reporting documentation for relevant meetings
  • Acts as an advocate and ambassador for the project, raising the profile and presenting impact and involvement to senior level individuals
·         Plan, organize and implement the Program in Almaty and assist with other CIS programme delivery on request
·         Contribute to admission strategy by providing information, analysis and recommendations
·         Market the program among the target audience
·         Collect and pre-screen applications, scout for promising participants
·         Monitor and participate in evaluation process
·         Make recommendations on children and families to the selection panel 
·         Monitor scholarship holders’ progress, identify and resolve their needs
·         Analyze, summarize and report on applicants data, selection process and scholarship holders performance to the Board of Trustees
·         Communicate and enforce values and policies of the Foundation K to scholarship holders and partners
·         Maintain close cooperative relations with the program partners

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
·         have significant project management experience
·         have experience of leading and managing budgeting and reporting processes
·         have familiarity with schools/education operations in Kazakhstan and the UK
·         have great people management skills
·         demonstrate resilience, motivation and commitment to driving up standards of working
·         ability to consult, listen and understand the unique nature of the organisation
