1.Seek and nurture potential clients for starting up FMCGs (Fast Moving Consuming Goods) industries(e.g. Bottled Water, Juice, Milk, Candy, Biscuit) and guide the prospects to work with us in the circumstance of fierce competition; 
2.Learning comprehensively about the clients business and becoming the clients advisers and friends with the help from the company;

Applicants Must-know

1.You must love the career of being a salesman for life-long and have great interests in salesmanship and marketing; at the same time, you must be persevering for professionalism in both salesmanship and related industrial knowledge;
2.3 years above related working experience of selling machines, FMCGs industrial techinical supports are a prerequisite; 
3.Bachelors degree or above educational background in areas such as Food Science, Biological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing and Business Administration background are a must to be qualified for interview;

4. If you are a smart strategic thinker and good at executing strategies, then you are most welcome. Capability of strategic thinking is crucial to be successful in this career. Additionally, critical thinking, problem-solving ability and basic negotiation acumen will also be quite helpful. 
5. Warning: this is a career requiring persistence, perseverance, patience and hard-working; high pressure, tension and pain are common. Compensation & Development

1. You will be working abroad in such countries as Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania with the local Sales Engineers in Africa.
2.Your income will be based on basic salary + commission + annual awards without limitation. Strict sales rules are implemented. 
3.Approved Sales Engineer gains the privilege to have a car from the company for marketing purpose; and a certain fuel and maintenance budget are available. Details are written in the sales rule. 
4.Chances to gain professional training & visit other overseas areas are available. Successful Sales Engineers in MATICLINE are life employed with well retiring compensation.
