Job purpose:
The Tender Specialist is the key individual tasked with reviewing and distributing the customers Invitation to tender (ITT) and co-coordinating the development, structure, format and content of the final deliverable. They have the responsibility for ensuring the customer’s questions are addressed and that the completed tender is issued as prescribed and in a timely manner. They will also review tender deliverables provided by other departments.
Recruirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Technical, Legal Background or related file; preferable is Technical, Legal Education.
- Must have strong MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to plan well in order to meet deadlines under pressure;
- Priority and time management skills;
- Problem solving ability;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Ability to be a team player, frequent interaction with other disciplines and third parties;
- Ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds;
- High level of professional and personal integrity.
