Qualification : Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Relevant higher Education. Having Construction Industry experience mandatory.
Job Purpose : To support the technical team in preparing reinforcement detailing shop drawings with bar bending schedules on LRT Project.
Principal Accountability and Responsibility :
1.Preparing Structural General Agreement Drawings (GA),by using latest AutoCad -2D software.
2.Preparing Reinforcement Detailing with Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
3.Preparing bar bending schedule by using ArmaCAD,as per British Standards.
Coordination :
Regular interaction with team members and DIMT Engineers to understand the design requirements and make appropriate CAD actions.
Documentation :
Document filing (Electronic & Hard Copies),data recording and retrieval.Additional Preparation of Ad-hoc reports and tasks upon requirement.
Key Skills and Knowledge : Autocad (latest version),ArmaCAD,SteelPAC,etc,
Team player,Attention to details,Willingness to learn,co-operative and handling tasks efficiently under pressure.
Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken),French, Arabic, Hindi is a plus.
