Client Profile:
Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company are looking for competent professional engineers for the following positions in staff category for their Project.
1. Manager - ContractsQualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 15+ years
Location: Abu Dhabi / Algeria / Kuwait
Responsibilities:
Finalize/review contracts/sub contracts of agencies, consultants, sponsorships, bidding documents, MOE and other forms types of agreements
Carry out all activities related to contracts administration such as drafting/review of notifications and compliance of contractual requirements
Carry out risk assessment of contracts and coordinate for ensuring adequate insurance covers and other mitigation measures
Advise and assist project managers on contract conflicts and claims with clients, etc. Evaluate defense, negotiate and resolve company claims
Knowledge of FIDIC, INCOTERM and other international contract norms, codes and specification is must.
2. Manager - QA/QCQualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 15+ years out of which minimum 5 years as QA/QC Manager in relevant EPC Projects
Location: Kuwait / Algeria
Responsibilities:
Develop / review Project Quality Plan
Visit Suppliers facilities for Pre-Inspection
Review contract documents / project specifications
Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover
Conduct / organize QMS Internal / External audit and ensure closeout of all Inspection and Audit Nonconformities
3. Manager Procurement
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 15+ years
Location:Kuwait / Algeria
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of procurement systems and processes along with material and sub-contracts procurement experience
Global sourcing and the use of ERP systems preferred
Contract knowledge and people management
Action material requisitions, raise enquiries on approved suppliers
Coordinate technical evaluation of quotations
Maintain budgetary requirements and order placements
Ensure procurement meets required program
4. Planning Manager (OP-PM)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 15+ years
Location:Kuwait / Algeria
Responsibilities:
Planning, progress monitoring and control of EPC projects
Developing , tracking progress data, analysis, implication and highlighting areas of concern and action plans
Verifying resource deployments and coordination with other departments
Note: Candidates initially posting shall be based in Dubai, however later on person will have to move to Project site location. Candidates should have EPC (Upstream) project experience in oil & gas industry. For Kuwait, if the candidate has worked with KOC or KNPC it will be advantageous.
