Summary:
We are looking for thought leaders who would be able to apply enterprise architecture principles and practices to guide organizations through the business, information, process, and technology changes necessary to execute desired eCommerce business vision and outcomes. They should be able to help define key initiatives that support investment themes and participate in the strategy for building the initiatives
Responsibilities:
1. Design innovative solutions & ideas for clients and deliver case studies and best practices towards the current and future eCommerce states
2. Play a lead role in feasibility analysis for new initiatives
3. Provide strategic alignment of Capgemini's and Client's IT strategy and business goals
4. Optimization of information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities
5. Work with project teams to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing business needs
6. Management of the risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies
7. Build employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise
Skills:
1. Front ending, client facing skills & experience
2. Big picture thinking - ability to see how parts interact with the whole
3. Knowledge of the eCommerce business for which the enterprise architecture is being developed, enhanced
4. Interpersonal and leadership skills - leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people and various senior executive management may understand
6. Knowledge of IT governance and operations
7. Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
