Welding Trainer : 10 Years’ experience as a welder working in oil & gas/petrochemical industry Candidate should have served minimum 3 years apprenticeship or approved CITB training
Candidate should have hands on experience of SMAW method, welding of structural steelwork and Pipe welding of carbon steel, using both E-6010 and E-7018 electrodes for open root, fill, and cap, plate sizes up to ¾ inch thickness and pipe sizes from 1 inch up to 8 inch schedule 40 – schedule 140 pipe or BS with minimum 6 years’ experience).Candidate should have hands on experience in GTAW of Stainless steel, Carbon Steel and low alloy pipe welding of small bore pipe 1 inch to 2 ½ inch diameter Candidates should have been certified to 100% Radiographic standards in accordance with any of the following: AWS, ASME/ANSI, API, BS, ASTM Codes and standards for welding certification.
Surveyor Trainer : BS degree in (Vocational Education or Engineering/Science) plus 8y industrial experience or as a trainer in industrial or vocational skills including a minimum of 5y as trainer. OR Formal vocational training and 14y hands-on experience Surveying. Experience in Land Surveying inclusive of photo interpretation, mapping, field data reduction, computer drafting, Geodetic Surveying and Survey instrument minor repair and PM.
Heavy Equipment Trainer Bachelor’s Degree in (Industrial/Academic/ Vocational Education, Business Administration, Instructional Technology, or Engineering/Science) plus six (6) years industrial experience, or as a trainer in industrial, technical, or vocational skills including a minimum of four (4) years as a trainer conducting instruction equivalent to SAUDI ARAMCO training ORFormal vocational training and twelve (12) years’ hands-on experience in the specialty to be taught. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
HVAC Trainer A mechanical engineer with a minimum experience of 5 years in the field of HVAC servicing and maintenance in the Oil & Gas Petrochemical Plants.
Preferred a master degree holder with specialization in Heating, Ventilating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC).Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC Direct digital controls (DDC) and building management system (BMS).Knowledge on air and hydraulic balancing.Knowledge on Carrier, Trane and York HVAC equipment; Air Cooled Chillers, Centrifugal chillers and package units is an advantage.
Preferred having instructional experience in technical colleges and knowledge in blended learning.
Mechanical/Rigger: Must be a certified Rigger which is an internationally recognized accredited body such as CITB /OSHA or its equivalent (approvership).Must be able to prepare lift plans for critical and specialized lifts.Must have a good knowledge of calculating hitch capacity, sling selection and hand signals.Previous training experience would be an advantage.
