Key Responsibilities

Liaises between client and SAS team members in ensure smooth handling consulting services, including solution development, implementation and project closeout at customer sites 

Understands, utilizes and communicates best practice methodologies and industry standards internally and externally. 

Provides support to customers by researching and resolving complex queries and taking ownership of customers technical problems to ensure satisfactory problem resolution in accordance with problem account management guidelines 

Installs SAS solution or troubleshoots problems for customer on-site 

Provides problem account management to key customer sites with minimal supervision 

Validate sand customize installation materials for new releases of software 

Meets internal and external user needs by delivering technical training courses and customised training courses for SAS Software, related solutions and business initiatives 

Perform customer training needs analysis to match customer needs to software package 

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in IT engineering, computer science 

10+ years experience of programming and/or support for database application 

Customer service oriented, possess strong service mind 

A good depth understanding in one of the following: 

OS: Windows, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris 

Web container: Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss 

Programming: JAVA, BASE/SAS, SQL, PL/SQL 

Fast learner, with high creativity thinking 

Good communication skills, ability to communicate and develop relationships across all levels of the organisation and cross culturally
