We are looking out for "MALE SECRETARY" for our client based in BAHRAIN

Candidate Profile: 
Deal with all incoming and outgoing mail, including typing from audio and shorthand, and record it before filing in a manner appropriate to the Departments needs. Answer telephone queries, make appointments and attend to any visitors to the Department. Arrange and attend meetings as requested by the Head of Department/Section and take and compose minutes for approval as necessary. When required, compose type and reply to business correspondence. Carry out all other office duties necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the administrative side of the department. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of knowledge, skills and abilities. Handling Complete Travel and accommodation requests for all up to associate levels travels 

Any Graduate with good communication skills, Computer knowledge, if degree in secretarial will added advantage and with 2 to 3 years of experience as a secretary to middle management/senior management. And should have a valid passport. If Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
