CENTRAL QHSE CO-COORDINATOR (UAE) IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY 

Education:Graduate Mechanical Engineer with QHSE experience of 7 to 10 years in Oil & Gas / Structural construction, Tank Fabrication including blasting & painting. Shall be atleast Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.Shall be motivated, communicative and self-starter who is looking for longer period contract

Return air tickets (Economy Class) once for the contract period of 2 years. All other service terms & Conditions as per UAE Laws.

ROLE
*Co-ordination of Quality related activities 
*Co-ordination of HSE related issues
*Co-ordination of Welfare / Camp related issues

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.QUALITY*Monitoring the progress of various projects w.r.t. Quality
*Collection and analysis of Weekly / Monthly reports
*Analysis of NCs / Concerns and initiation of Corrective Actions
*Follow up

2.HSE 

*Monitoring the progress of various projects w.r.t. HSE
*Collection and analysis of Weekly / Monthly reports
*Analysis of NCs / Concerns (PI, Incidents, ERP etc.) and initiation of 
*Follow up

3.WELFARE / CAMP FACILITIES 
*Monitoring the status of Camp
*Periodic camp auditing as per guidelines of ADNOC
*Follow-up for water testing 

4.PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS 
*Initiation and co-ordination of new process / productivity improvement projects
*Cost Benefit Analysis (Qualitative / Quantitative)

5.INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS*Internal Auditing
*Documenting Management Reviews
*Maintenance and upgradation of documentation
*Helping & coordinating new system initiatives
*Coordination and management of 3rd party audits

ACCOUNTABILITIES 
*Accountable for the for the above in UAE Operations
*Accountable for NIL NCR in 3rd party Audits

SUPERVISOR - EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

Educational Qualifications required: 
*Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile with a valid UAE Driving License.

Total Experience required:
 


*Minimum 8 to 10 years in the Engineering Services / 

Construction Industry

Remuneration and Benefits:8 to 9 lacs+Food and Accomodation(Single)+ Medical.
Return air tickets (Economy Class) once for the contract period of 2 years. All other service terms & Conditions as per UAE Laws.

Skills required:*Knowledge & hands on experience of Auto Electrical System & Rotating Equipments.
*Knowledge & hands on experience in general preventive and breakdown maintenance system.
*Troubleshooting of Blasting Pot, Pumps, and Painting Machine etc.
*Troubleshooting of Compressors and knowledge of its spares.
*Troubleshooting of Welding Machines and knowledge of its spares.
*Troubleshooting of Light and Heavy Vehicles and knowledge of its spares.
*Ability to diagnose difficult problems and recommends repairs.
*Knowledge of the standard practices, materials, tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles and engines.
*Knowledge of safety issues in the use of tools, equipment and supplies used in repair of motorized vehicles and equipment.
*Knowledge of body and frame construction.
*Skill in the use of a variety of hand tools, gas and electric welding equipment, mechanized tools jacks, hoists, variety of diagnostic testing and tuning equipment etc.
*Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic malfunctions.
*Ability to rebuild engines and major driveline components.
*Ability to communicate with other mechanics about repair work needed.
*Selection and safe usage practice of equipment and tools.
*Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
*Ability to understand management directions and implement the same
*Preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation
*Cost control & manpower management 

Roles and Responsibilities include:
*Coordinate a range of maintenance, repair and service activities on heavy diesel equipments, compressors, welding machines, blasting pots, pumps, painting machines etc
*Troubleshoots malfunctions in the equipment and repairs.
*Coordinate routine maintenance checks and adjustments on such thing as fluid levels, hoses, belts, brakes, tires and clutches. Changes filters and oil and lubricates vehicles and motor driven equipment.
*Tunes gas and diesel engines, service valves, fuel filters and turbo chargers, and pressure checks fuel filters, adjust injector heights, fuel racks, governors etc.
*Coordinate for Diagnosis of problems, disassembles units, repairs or replaces parts and reassembles units in the following systems:
1.Brakes: Repairs or replaces shoes, pads, drums, hoses, calipers, cylinders, any heavy duty air brakes.
2.Cooling : Flushes radiator, replaces hoses and thermostat, repairs or replaces radiator and water pump, fan drives, DCA treatment filters, air inter coolers and oil coolers.
3.Drive: Repairs and replaces drive shaft, differentials, axle, manual, automatic and sophisticated equipments like clutches, transfer cases, power take-off systems, transmission reversers, all wheel drive steering axles and final drives.
4.Electrical: Replaces, fuses, batteries, lights, instruments, warning devices, controls and switches, computer controls, modules, alternators, starters and defective cables and wiring.
5.Exhaust and Emissions Control: Replaces mufflers, manifolds, catalytic converters, turbochargers, blowers and pipes.
6.Heating and Air conditioning: Repairs or replaces heater cores, condensers, compressors, hoses and controls, recharges air conditioning systems. 
7.Hydraulic:
 
Repairs or replaces pumps, hoses, valves, winches and cylinders.
8.Air: Repairs or replaces compressors, air dryers, brake valves, air tanks and hoses.
9.Steering and Suspension System: Aligns and balances wheels, repairs or replaces tie rods, ball joints, gear boxes, shock absorbers, springs, steering linkage, kingpins, power steering, hoses, pumps, walking beam suspensions and air suspensions.
10.Coupling Devices: Adjusts repairs, inspects and replaces fifth wheel hitches and pintel hitches.
*Coordination of engines overhauls, replaces engines and rebuilds components.
*Maintains service logs and records of maintenance on vehicles and motorized equipment.
*Prepares work orders and cost material estimates.
*Assigns work to lower level mechanics.
*Maintain inventory and orders fuel parts, tools, equipment and suppliers.
*Coordinates Third party certification activities for equipment, tools & tackles
