Post : HSE Officer

Reporting to : QHSE Manager / HACCP Team Leader (HTL)/ MR

Subordinates : Department Supervisors

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Cooridinate the activities of the food safety, health and environment at site
  • Implement food safety principles and quality management system at the site in all operation
  • Supervise and suggest the provision of adequate HSE requirements
  • Ensure implementation of safe codes of practices, accident preventation and environmental protection control program
  • Coordinate with location manager , client HSE department and other key personnel and ensures adequate coverage for the fire , accidents , environmental pollution, and other emergency situations
  • Attend all HSE meetings called by the clients representative at site
  • Train the site personnel procedures for protection of personnel, equipment , material and environment.
  • Prepare site HDE training program and implement
  • Conduct routine HSE inspection, prepare reports with recommendation, corrective action and target dates, and follow up on the close outs
  • Participate in QHSE audits by client and company QHSE Manager
  • Investigate and report all accidents
  • Prepare monthly statistical reports such as man hour worked LTIs, near misses, vehicle activities, RTAs, etc. and submit to client HSE department and company management
