Understand the content of the Business Solution Requirements Definition (BSRD) and the Business Systems Requirements Specifications (BSRS).

5+ Years experience in Java and J2EE technologies including Web and SOA application design, data architecture, integration and visual design. JavaScript, DHTML (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and AJAX toolkits.
SOA, Web Services, XML, Message Queuing. HTTP/S and JMS WS transport protocols.
IBM WebSphere Application Server; SQL and relational databases, including Object/Relational database design using WebSphere OpenJPA and DB2.
WS messaging level protocols, WS-Security standards, WS description level standards; including WSDL, UDDI.
IBM Rational ClearCase UCM, ClearQuest, Rational Software Architect and Rational BuildForge.
UNIX Shell programming, scripting (BSH, KSH), especially development in a UNIX environment (AIX/Linux).
