Position: Resident Construction Manager - Tankages & Piping
- The ideal candidate would be responsible and accountable for the following deliverables
- To identify and plan all project related activities with respect to client requirements in discussion with the Head of operations and delegate the same to achieve productivity and deliverables with fixed timelines.
- Ensure a positive cash flow consistently for works being executed.
- To interact with client regularly for smooth execution of the project.
- Monitor day to day site activities with respect to contractors, review work carried out and obtain necessary productivity as targeted.
- To ensure conformance to the standards set and demanded by the client and to carry out quality work as per requirements.
- To ensure that all bills with respect to work completed are prepared, certified and submitted month on month basis as per the billing schedule.
- To review progress of work, monitor cash flows, materials etc.
- To ensure at all times the availability of required resoures with respect to Manpower, Machinery , Materials for smooth execution.
- To ensure a congenial work atmosphere by reviewing regularly with respect to concerns of staff, contractors, vendors and local administration.
- To ensure that all statutory compliances, clients internal procedures and other requirments as demanded with respect to administration and control of the project are met.
- To regularly update the Project Co-ordinators/ Management with respect to the entire happenings of the projects and by preparation of Daily and Monthly progress report
