- The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire plant and production
- The ideal candidate should have minimum of 10 yrs working experience in the similar role in flexible packaging industry
- Have worked in the ISO/HACCP certified organizations
- Demonstrate proven results of achievement in production
- Skilled in production planning, controlling, and implementing the GMP
- High technical knowledge and troubleshooting shooting skills in the process
- Have good to all raw materials including Aluminium Foil, Polyester, Nylon and Evoh.
- Demonstrate excellent written/verbal & documentation skills
- High management skills especially in managing multilingual workforce
- High skills in co-extrusion, rotogravuare printing & combo lamination technologies
- High exposure to various substrate combination related to all food/non food packaging
- Expert in inks and adhesive management and good skills in preventive maintenance
- Knowledge in new product developments
- Good exposure colour separation and able to coordinate with design department and cylinder supplier independently
- Computer Literate
- Good Health
- Knowledge on health and safety in workplace
