- 1. To ensure the quality, construction, styling, measurements as per buyers comments
2. Conduct PP (Pre Production) Meetings
3. AQL (Accept Quality Level) Major - 2.5 & Minor - 4.0 to be followed for all final inspections
4. Update and upgrade QA manual season wise as per customers requirement.
5. Meeting timelines and deadlines periodic review of key performance indicator.
6. Should be able to manage the entire QC team

- Manager - Sampling cum Pattern
- 1. Technically sound
2. Should be able to create, correct and edit patterns as per buyers request / comments
3. To analyze the garment and apply best and easy production methods at sampling stage
4. To discuss with Technical & Production Manager for fixing production methods
5. Cross check pattern in CAD form to cutting till sewing
6. Sample audit and follow up
7. Anticipating problems and take necessary initiatives.
8. Size Set approving
9. To cross check all markers (GERBER / LECTRA)
- Minimum Experience: 5 Maximum: 15
