                                                                                      CORE FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES (CFA)
                                                                                      1. Request Lease Outline Drawings (As Built Drawings), Design Criteria and Mall presentation from Leasing Manager and prepares the Design Brief.

                                                                                      2. Performs drafting operations for the determination of project plans and collects data for Project designs.

                                                                                      3. Develops and drafts engineering drawings and plans, for any Brands that are designed locally 

                                                                                      4. Issues final approved design to QS for BOQ preparation.

                                                                                      5. Ensure that the sign off procedure for the design is completed before the project moves to the next phase.

                                                                                      6. Maintains communication with Brand, Brand Partner, engineers and the Contractor for any architectural, engineering or construction issues 

                                                                                      7. Performs fieldwork, documentation, research and drafting tasks of engineering data as requested by managers
