- Self-motivated and smart-working web designers with minimum 5 years of experience exclusively in IT/e-learning web designing required to work on a project for converting existing courses and training text/resources into electronic content that are suitable for delivery using the provided instructional strategies by instructional strategists/consultants. The job also requires re-creating, developing, transforming, or replacing of digital curriculum assets, i.e., images, graphs, 3D content, and videos currently used in existing training resources for conversion into electronic platform neutral training texts. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful and intuitive design.
Orientation of using iPhone, iPad, and Apple mobile applications a must. Prior experience of working on conversion projects for courses compatible with mobile/tablet devices will be an added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities
The primary job duties and responsibilities of the Web Designer cum iBook Author Developer include (but not limited to):
Creating interactive learning and training resources for electronic, web, and mobile platforms. This includes Developing iBooks containing graphics, audio, video and HTML widgets in iBooks Author app for iMacs and iOS devices.
Working on courses for various domains, including languages, soft skills, and advanced engineering subjects.
Using various authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, and iBook Author (from Apple Inc.). Experience of working with iBook Author is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
Demonstrating the skills to analyze the content and identify and create appropriate interactivities using various authoring tools.
Developing innovative ideas for presenting content in varied formats, including eBooks, web-based, and mobile learning domains.
Reviewing the developed products against the storyboards to ensure instructional correctness.
Ensuring instructional quality by taking all proper measures to ensure the curricula and all included elements are fully tested, free from errors, technically accurate, complete, reliable and usable

Independently developing entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences.

Desired skill sets include:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in web design and e-learning, out of which at least 3 years in using various authoring tools.

Should have a good background in communication design, including presentations design and UI design.
