1. Managing Erection / Comissioning for Mechanical & Electrical, such as ; Utilities, Instruments, Others.         

B. Current Units; 
1. Handling Operation with target of running the plan with Full Efficiency.
2. Maintanance of Engineering Department ;  making the plant run smoothly, with target of zero ; breakdown / downtime / stoppage.
3. Having good analytical & problem solving skills.
4. Indentifying areas for improvement to reduce operating cost & do cost saving.
5. Continuous Improvement by; Leading, Mentoring, Training & Monitoring Performance for each  person in the department by KPI.
