- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Subcontract Management or equivalent. EPC Lump-Sum TurnKey Project and Oversea Project Experience , Field control experience ideally based on Project related business/industry such as Oil and Gas industry, Petrochemical, or Power Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer subcontract changes by negotiating with subcontractor and obtaining settlement.
Administer subcontracts to comply with terms, maintain schedule and minimize growth of contractual dispute.
Participate in review and negotiation of subcontractor claims under supervision and guidance by (Sub) Contract Manager.
Interface with the relevant Construction Discipline to confirm overall project requirements.
Ensure mutual understanding of subcontract terms and conditions to avoid conflict.
Consent progress invoices from subcontractor (if required).
Maintain files of subcontract document and prepare log sheet of correspondence of claim issue.
Organize history of all claim, change order and back charge under subcontracts
Organize history of amendment of subcontract. Support official lettering related to contract and legal issues in connection with subcontract.
- Control local subcontractors list and check their qualification.
Report status of subcontracting and maintain log of change proposal / claim toward from the subcontractor.
Support any activity of sub-contractual matters.
Assist with cost analysis for subcontractor change requests / proposals
Support of review and verification of the quantities submitted by the subcontractor
Review of applied subcontracts for changed quantities and cost impacts caused by change order
Perform the R&R of Subcontract Manager in case there is no Subcontract Manager.
