- Preparation of safe work method statements & risk assessments.
- Aspect impact assessment analysis.
- Preparation of project specific/ job specific Emergency procedures.
- Review & updating HSE management systems.
- Liaison with the local authority, Clients & consultants.
- Updating management on the HSE related changes in the legislation.
- Leading implementation of Approved HSE plan at site.
- Conducting safety patrols, Site inspections. Etc.
- Conducting Site & office audits.
- Conducting mock drills & verifying results.
- Conducting weekly HSE meetings.
- Assisting quarterly management HSE tours.
- Leading safety committee meetings.
- Leading/ participating incident investigation.
- Job safety analysis.
- Reporting HSE statistics to clients, Consultants, Head office & other interested parties.
- Generating annual HSE reports & submitting to clients, Consultants, Head office & other interested parties.
- Monitoring tool box talks & conducting safety briefings.
- Leading HSE week.
- Directing management on HSE issues.
- Ensuring compliance of HSE standards to the local legislation related to HSE.
- Training personnel on Emergencies like fire & other accidents.
- Induction/ Orientation of new personnel & re-induction or on change in work pattern.
- Ensuring proper management of waste with the store & concerned personnel.
- Candidate should have experience in Substation Safety
Should possess excellent Communication skills
Should have valid passport
