Qualification: Degree/ Diploma / I.T.I
Experience: 5 + YEARS
- Job Description:
1) Should be familiar with all kinds of structural drawings
2) Should be familiar with rolling of cylindrical & conical sections of different diameter
3) Positioning and alignment of materials to be rolled
4) Removal of rolled items from roller
5) Starts machine, observes operation & verifies dimensions of finished products, using micrometers, gauges & rule
6) Handle raw material with or without overhead crane
7) Regular maintenance & monitoring of equipment
8) Should be familiar with the electrical connection of the equipment
9) The person must be productive & ability to determine causes of operation errors .
10) Should have the ability to identify complex problems & review related information to develop & evaluate options & implement solutions
