- 1. Must able to set the process parameter for the molding process (Engel).
2. Must able to do mold change in the machine.
3. Must able to make changes in the tooling specification and the tooling drawing. Must know solid work or AutoCAD software
4. Must able to trouble shoot the molding machine failure.
5. Must able to generate test result for new mold
6. Must able to program robot ( Engel )
7. Experiences in blow molding ( Bekum )
8. Able to set parison in blow molding
9. Able to use measuring equipment (smart scope/OGP).
10. Must able to write IQ,OQ and PQ protocol.
11. Must able to write up safety procedure
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or Chemical Process Technology or Plastic Technology.
The experiences in molding machine Engel and blow molding Bekum is a must.
