Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Scheduling and arranging appointments with the customers/clients (Retail & B2B)
  • Reception and Job Order creation
  • Co-ordinate between the customer & garage
  • Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages
  • Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
  • Vehicle on-time delivery and billing to customer
  • Planning of Existing and new customer acquisitions planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
  • Process implementation for cost control
  • Can handle at least 30-35 cars per month

Skills:


  • 0-2 years of experience in after-sales service
  • Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or any Graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Automobile Service Industry
