About us:
Modern Foods and Beverages are a brand-new company that specialises in a range of different foods. We manufacture Indian dairy products like curd, paneer, Ghee etc. Today, the business is at an early-stage development phase, where the management team are building the business and its associated processes. Subsequently, the business is seeking a capable individual to join the small team in a new role as outlined below.
Tasks & responsibilities (not limited to):
- Lead food processing activities in a semi-automated environment
- Have diploma or degree in Dairy or food industry with minimum of 2 years experience.
- Lead warehousing activities including stock control and management, loading dock activities and WHS
- Participate in Quality Functions associated in Food processing
- Loading and offloading produce
- Packaging
- Ensure warehouse is clean and safe.
- Shifts are 8 to 10 hour long depending on production schedule.
- Working days Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays too if needed.
About you:
- Have a genuine interest in Food Production and experience.
- Must be under the age of 40 years.
- Physically fit
- Have English proficiency (ielts 5.5 overall band)
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible with work schedule (Some days will be shorter than others though still will equate to full time working hours for the week)
- Hold a Drivers License
- Own reliable transport to get to and from work.
Location: Malaga, WA, Australia.
Full Time
Salary: Annual Salary AUD$ 55,000/- fixed salary plus Superannuation 10%.
Notes:
1. Accommodation, meals and personal spending will be on the employee. However, we will help settle.
2. Employee will be hired on 482 visa type for two years. If person doing good then we can further extend and provide sponsorship for permanent residence.
3. Employees immediate family can be included in the application but any cost associated will be paid by employee.
4. Able to start immediately - subject to visa grant and have right documentations
