Sales Engineer- Water Treatment (RO & Sewerage)

Duties and Responsibilities:



- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

- Meets clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

- Promote and selling of Reverse Osmosis / STP / Waste management chemical range, equipment & upcoming new product portfolios.

- Schedule and attend to technical service visits, product trainings and product demonstrations.

- Assisting customers by troubleshooting of product applications, water chemistry and technical errors

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.



Desired Candidate Profile.



- Diploma or Degree on Mechanical, Water Treatment or Environmental Science.

- Excellent reporting and communication skills. English is a must.

- Minimum 3 years of industry sales engineering experience on related fields.

- Must be able to travel to clients and overseas. There will be travel 30% of the time in this role.

- Good understanding of RO plants, RO Chemicals and Membrane CIP Process






Sales Engineer (Swimming Pools & Water Features)





Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should be technically sound on swimming pool maintenance, installation & trading of related items and equipment's.
  • He/ She should have proven sales experience & good contact with resort, hotels, and resort developers.
  • Respond to sales inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Successfully following up and closing out leads.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Meets clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.


Qualification:


- Diploma or Degree on similar field and familiar with Microsoft Office, Good Communication skills, Sales Skills, Negotiating Skilletc.

- Experience in the following - Filtration system maintenance, Media changes, Pump install, Water-testing, Pipework upgrades, pressure testing, UV lamp changes, Cover services, Stock control, Swimming pool plant installations and Cable and pipework installations.

- Able to perform training classes.

- Familiar with E-marketing.

- 2-3 years of experience on similar field.
