1. Internal control for all customer and supplier payments of all C.P. clients
2. Ensure all the journal entries are posted
3. Recouncle all bank transactions in the accounting system (Odoo)
4. Prepare profitability reports on item level
5. Depositing and ensuring that all cheques and deposit slips are scanned into the DMS
6. Support the external auditors in performing the annual external audits of the clients
7. Prepare and send the requred accounting reports for the clients in time
8. Prepare and post payroll journal entries and affiliated indemnity and accrued vacations calculations
9. Conduct inventory stock counts at client sites if required
