Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering or otherwise qualified in relevant area, and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in Marine or Oil & Gas, project environment
Commercial awareness with experience of contract administration and client management
Board IT experience and particularly an experience user of the Microsoft office suite of applications
Fluent in English Language verbal and written

Estimator-Ship Repair
Holder of a University/Technical Degree or equivalent.
5 years experience in Ship Repair experience and Management
Machinery/ Piping Design Engineer- Shipyard
Graduate Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years experience in Machinery and Piping design of ships. Capable of performing Machinery Design on ships. Capable of performing Piping system design on ships. Understanding of Classification & statutory Rules & Regulations. Capable of carrying out Machinery & piping Design Based Calculations. Capable of routing Pipes, Ducts, Trays on ships, Familiarity with 2 D/ 3 D software. Familiarity with International Ship building Practices. Capable of understanding Equipment Diagram of Vendors..
Naval Architect
University degree in Naval Architecture.
8 Years, out of which 4 years in a Design Office Proficiency in computer software related to ship design and construction. Planning & organizing the work. Employee focused (Polite, Courteous). Pro active. Self motivated & Hardworking. Ability to deal with people at all levels. Time managed. Trustworthy, honest & keeps confidentiality. Excellent command in English (written & spoken). Independent correspondence ability. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Computer Skills, preferably in designing applications. Ability to solve problems. Teamwork.
