QS / Billing Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Well conversant with the mode of measurement as per IS Codes.
- Able to prepare sub contractor's bill with respect to the client's bill.
- Make proper debit note (if any) from store for the subcontractor's bill
- Able to take necessary measurement at site as and required for the client's bill
- Well conversant with MS Excel and Auto Cad.
- Able to reconcile the quantities as per actual v/s consumption
- Understand the bill of quantity as per the contract agreement
- Preparation of Variation Orders for changes in the contract scope and Certification from Consultant.
- Must have worked with high rise building/ Mivan Shuttering.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BE - Civil with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Exposure to international location will be preferred.
- Experience of govt projects will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be able to monitor and control the QA/QC policy of the project as per the terms & conditions of the contract.
- Should have knowledge for the quality test with the help of apparatus and tools required in the laboratory for proper monitoring of the civil works as per the relevant IS Codes.
- Should maintain all the quality documentation required for the project as per the contract
- Should monitor on daily basis the quality of works and workmanship at site as per the contract and drawings
- Should be able to record and maintain the quality inspection report in presence of the client and third party quality inspection.
- Should be well conversant with the necessary details (density, fineness modulus etc.) of the materials that being used for the design mix of concrete of a particular grade
- Should be conversant of moisture correction of the materials required for concrete
- Should have knowledge of the various kind of Admixtures and their properties
- Should be conversant with the in- situ tests during concrete of bores piles/cast in situ bored piles by Direct Mud Circulation Method (DMC) or by drilling with hydraulics means
- Should be able to assimilate and co relate the various routine tests carried out at site with respect to to contract
- Should be able to find out the acceptance criteria of the compressive strength of concrete
Should be conversant with acceptable limits in relevance to IS Codes for concrete by means of Batch Mix
- Should have exposure to international Location with Government projects

Planning Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
Controlling projects activities & tracking the complete project management cycles entailing requirement gathering and final execution of the same.
Preparation of flowchart, a checklist of all the activities at the site of different disciplines and monitoring the quality parameters by flowchart monitoring systems and finally integrating it to the billing systems and all the MIS.
Reviewing the progress of the project on all aspects like material submittals, drawing and actual site construction with senior staff and taking necessary actions required to meet the project's schedule.
Assist HOD / Project In-charge in finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants, Collaborators, external suppliers & clients.
Planning for the deployment of suitable manpower and equipment/materials and proper planning to ensure timely execution of the project
Desired Candidate Profile
B. Tech / BE in civil engineering
Minimum 5 years in Planning with a construction company
must have exposure to high rise building and Mivan shuttering
Exposure to Planning, budgets, variations
Resource allocation, Manpower scheduling
Should also be technically strong & able to do multi-tasking
Must know to use Primavera / MS Project, and MS Excel.
Excellent Soft skills, including Interpersonal, Communication & Analytical skills, besides Logical Thinking and international location with govt project will be preferred
