RPA Developer


Location : Melbourne
Duration : 12 Months+ (with extension)


Candidates with PR/Citizenship/Work Permit are preferred. 


Sponsorship available depending on experience and skills. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Work in a team environment to improve process performance
Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility
Communicate technical infrastructure requirements
Design RPA process solutions
Complete RPA process configuration and objects using workflow principles
Complete unit-test code for usability, reliability and overall performance
Create and maintain solutions design documentation
Support existing implemented processes and follow a change control process for any changes
Create and maintain RPA processes following solution standards
Communicate with vendors on software related issues, suggest improvements and participate with other users in the RPA community
Create and document test procedures and scenarios pre UAT.
Communicate and support the project team throughout the rollout phases (Assessment, requirement creation, testing and operations deployment)
Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience delivering and supporting excel macros, Visual Basic scripts and other scripting type of technology
Good communication and written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
Knowledge of RPA software 
Highly motivated and dedicated to delivering results within tight timeframes
Strong relationship builder with people within and across the organization
Good problem solving skills and able to logically solve configuration errors
Able to follow a structured methodology and provide input for potential improvements


Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Architect


Candidates having Australian PR/Citizenship/Work Permit are preferred / Sponsorship available depending upon the candidate experience and skill set
As an AI Technical Architect, you will work closely with the client teams to define and architect the solution for our clients. This will include estimating the components required to provide a comprehensive AI solution that meets and exceeds the clients expectations delivering tangible business value to our clients. 

Direct and influence client Bot/Virtual Agent architecture, solutioning and development 
Create and maintain client reference architecture and solution assets as well as code libraries. 
Lead, collaborate and work efficiently amongst a team of developers and designers. 
Work autonomously and be comfortable building projects from start to finish 

Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective digital solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value. Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. 
The candidate is expected to deliver cognitive applications that solve/augment business issues using leading AI technology frameworks.
