Graphic Designer for Ad Agency in Dubai (1+ Year Experience)

Requirement: 
Mumbai candidates preferred
We are looking for a Graphic designer or Art director, as they are known in advertising agency with minimum two years of Experience in an advertising agency or in a similar role. (Sometimes designers directly work with clients.)
He should have good knowledge of designing software like Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and working knowledge of art working for print.
He or she should able to understand clients briefs, problems and provide creative cum design solutions with good visual impact. 
He or she will work on a variety of creative elements, including print ads, posters, Brochures, websites, Social Media posts, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and he or she will cooperate collaborate with other designers, Copywriters and web developers as well. 
The goal is to give clients good solutions to their problems. 

Responsibilities
Translate a brief into good creative solution
Understand the clients brief to record requirements and clients needs
Think creatively and develop new design, graphics and layouts
Amend final designs to clients comments and take it to the finality
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, web developers and client off course
Capabilities:
Experience as a art person/ graphic designer in an ad agency 
Creative flair, conceptual/visual thinking quality
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
Working knowledge of art working for elements like print ads, brochures and outdoors.
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
