  • Followed long-term accounts strategies that increase profits and helped in cultivating the long-term relationships with decision makers 
  • Handle product sales increase, individual sales efficiency and account bases by assessments sales activity plan 
  • Develop proactive pricing strategy to outperform over competitors and enhance customer satisfaction 
  • Develop cross functional team and empower them for innovation and process improvement 
  • Prepare monthly performance report
  • Creative and self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team 
  • Strong negotiation skills with customers

Business Development / Sales & Marketing 
  • New product development according to market needs
  • Strategic planning for customer retention and acquisitions. 
  • Develop branding and brand risk management; 
  • Consumer consumption behaviour management in B2B, B2T and B2C. 
  • Develop dealer network under distributors.
  • Strategy formulation for marketing communication and effectiveness.
  • Look after all customer aspects in Asia.
  • Develop and cultivate new distributors network in Asia Pacific region and identify new opportunities
  • Responsible for market survey and customer insight to formulate the strategy to hit the target 
  • To create strong iconic brand & its awareness in market
  • Develop excellent SKUs management with proper system to ensure fast delivery
  • Organize Event and Trade show.
  • Develop and present annual distributor business review and insights relative to distributors performance
  • Forecast of monthly order and arrange delivery on time.

Operations Management 
  • Oversee and coordinate with all key processes of product development, procurement, quality control, customer service, warehousing & logistics & HR
  • Monitor performances of each department, resolve issues and stream line process
  • Improves communications among departments

  • Male candidate age not over 35 Years.
  • Ready to relocate to Bangkok-Thailand on short notice.
  • Good command over English.
