Candidate should have Secondary School education and must be holding a Trade Certificate of Proficiency from a recognized Industrial Training Institute.
Having minimum 10 years working experience in a Million tonne dry process Cement Plant as a Mechanic.
Having working knowledge of fabrication activities in a modern Cement Plant.
Having hands on experience in Maintenance of Cement Plant equipment like Ball Mills, Vertical Mills, Rotary Kilns, Grate Coolers, Big process fans, Pumps, Material handling equipment, etc.
Capable of independently carrying out Maintenance activities like replacing Bearings, servicing big Gear Boxes, Conveyors, etc.
Having basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Screw Compressors and Root Blowers.
Capable of independently carrying out alignments of precision machines.
Agreeable to work round the clock shifts.

Having hands on experience in Preventive and routine Maintenance of huge modern Cement Plants.
Having knowledge of spare parts planning and Inventory Control techniques.
Having experience in Maintenance of large capacity Kilns and auxiliaries and Ball Mills.
Having hands on experience in Maintenance and major overhauling of Vertical Roller Mills of large capacity of Polysius/FLS make.
Having good knowledge of Hydraulics
Having basic knowledge of Vibration Analysis
Having exposure to computerized Maintenance techniques and SAP System.
Prepared to work in shifts, if required.
