Experience: 3 to 5 yrs. 

Possess a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a well reputed bank in an IT capacity having performed Operational and Support functions, with background banking knowledge.
Have experience in a medium size bank with good knowledge of Branch operations and overall branch management functions.
Be fully conversant with Oracle Flexcube core banking software version 10.5 and above, and Oracle Application & Database software version 10g and above, in a fully functional working environment.
Be fully conversant with Oracle Business Intelligence software version 10.1 and above in a fully functional working environment.
Be fully conversant with SQL and Windows Server 2008.
Be semi conversant with Linux as an operating system platform.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
Possess good leadership, interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
Have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Have the ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for division reporting.
Be a graduate from a reputed University. 
Must have a professional qualification in banking and/or ICT.
A degree in Finance and Banking or Business Management will be an added advantage
