Primary Skills
: Role is for supporting and maintaining the QR Retail IT systems and for providing efficient Point of Sales Machines & desktop support to all business users.
Knowledge of Windows 7, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues - Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other
networking concepts. - Installing and configuring computer
hardware operating systems and applications; -
troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing
and solving hardware/software faults. - supporting the
roll-out of new applications
Secondary Skills
: - prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
-rapidly establishing a good working relationship with
customers in Retail environment and other professionals,
e.g., software developers; -testing and evaluating new
technology.
