Account & Sales Manager for Millennium Tiles, Uganda (1+ year experience)

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide support to other departments as needed on financial matters.

For marketing -

• Receive and process customer orders and delivery requests.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
