Role & responsibilities
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our brand, increase market share, and drive sales growth. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with a deep understanding of the fashion industry, global market trends, and digital marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the fashion or garment industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
4. Strong understanding of global market trends and consumer behaviour in the fashion industry.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems.
7. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
8. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics and CRM systems.
9. Manage and execute brand communications, seasonal campaigns and trade shows
