We are an engineering services company which solves problems, designs and engineers systems and sub-systems for all equipment. We have a requirement for one of our esteemed onsite clients in the railway sector. The selected candidate will work onsite with the client in onsite for one year and receive training. After completing the year in Onsite, the candidate will return to India and continue working for the client from our Pune office. 

The details JD are given below: 

Calculation Engineer - Railway

• Solid knowledge of technical mechanics including FEM calculation, as well as the calculation of bolted and welded joints
• Experience in the field of vehicle or rail vehicle technology design desirable
• Creation of FEM calculation models for rail vehicles & Analysing and evaluating customer requirements
• Calculation and evaluation of components in the field of structural mechanics and dynamics (e.g. Altair HyperWorks, Nastran, LS Dyna, FEMFAT)
• Static/ Fatigue Analysis, FEM calculation / FEM Railway & Preparation of design modification proposals and advice on design
• Preparation and support of test bench tests
  
  
  System Engineer - Railway Vehicle
  
  
  

• Ability to analyse and plan processes and interfaces
• System knowledge in vehicle technology is an advantage
• Knowledge of modelling physical processes using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink is an advantage
• Systems engineer/design/architecture- rail technology
• Knowledge - air conditioning, brakes, cooling, drive
• Integration of vehicle architecture
• Interdisciplinary work as an interface between design, calculation, RAMS, electrics and software
• Project planning and support of vehicle systems and their integration into the overall vehicle architecture
  
  
  
  Project Engineer - Software Development
  
  
  

• Software development for vehicle control systems in the rail and road sectors
• Administration and configuration of the Azure DevOps Server software platform for requirements management and software development
• Concept development for vehicle control systems on the following topics Functionality, architecture, interfaces, safety and redundancy
• Development of specifications, software requirements, interface descriptions and other software documentation
• Implementation of control functions and visualisation solutions as well as testing in the laboratory and on the vehicle
• Railway software architecture
  
  
  
  RAMS Engineer - Railway Vehicle
  
  
  

• Processing of rail vehicle projects (development of trams, locomotives, etc.) in the area of RAMS engineering
• Implementation of safety and maintenance development processes in accordance with EN 50126 in close coordination with the technical departments
• Carrying out risk and hazard analyses and/or reliability analyses
• Application of methods such as hazard trees, fault trees (FTA) and failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA)
• Development and derivation of maintenance plans, maintenance descriptions and work instructions
• Carrying out detailed safety analyses and preparing technical safety reports
• Co-operation with external suppliers, authorities and experts
  
  
  
  Electric Engineer - Railway
  
  
  

• Working with modern CAE (Engineering Base, E3, E-Plan) tools
• System design, component selection and coordination with suppliers
• Project work from the initial concept to detailed development and documentation creation
• Preparation and support for commissioning
• Participation in the latest topics in research and development
• System knowledge of rail or commercial vehicles desirable
• E-plan / Railway, CAE / MS Vision

All this JD Required 5+ Years of experience and Engineering Degree only.
