We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical lead in the Big Data & Cloud domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead
- Mastery in English & Spanish language in both written & oral communication
- Proven track record of successfully working on complex projects in Big Data & cloud domain on AWS, Databricks
- Managed/ delivered and implemented complex projects dealing with considerable data size (TB/ PB) and high complexity
- Open to Travel to client locations as per Business needs in Panama
- Excellent communication, leadership, Client handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
- Experience in leading migration projects.
- Big Data & Cloud certifications are a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Foster a collaborative team environment by participating in meetings and supporting the offshore team.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients to provide solutions to technical issues and concerns.
- Offer technical expertise and support to team members, working closely with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Possesses strong coding skills on PySpark and cloud technologies (Databricks & AWS preferred) with the ability to debug and provide solutions as needed.
- Contribute to the DSM and provide inputs to the client team during meetings, representing Impetus.
- Identify and mitigate delivery-related risks and issues, communicating them proactively to all stakeholders for client and Impetus.
- Ensure compliance with client best practices and standards.
- Facilitate a seamless knowledge transfer (KT) between client and Impetus, participating in all necessary discussions to bring closure to activities.
- Ensure effective communication of inputs from the client to the Impetus offshore team and vice versa.
- Be available and accessible in the client environment, including Teams and other communication channels, and be present at client premises when required.
- Able to lead knowledge transfer & and over sessions to Latin American technical team working with English-speaking delivery team
Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish is a must, as is the ability to interact with multiple client teams, lead demos, and conduct Knowledge sessions.
