Customer Support Coordinator for JKR Trading, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the service operations for AC, refrigerator and other White goods, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and quality 


Position: Customer Support Coordinator - Consumer Electronics


Requirements:


- Support daily service operations by supervising and coordinating the service team

- Schedule and dispatch technicians

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality

- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies

- Train and mentor technicians

- Monitor team performance and provide feedback

- Maintain a positive work environment

- Manage inventory and order parts

- Document and track parts usage

- Maintain accurate service records

- Prepare and submit reports on service performance and customer feedback


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Academic Background: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • Professional Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in AC and refrigerator service.
    • At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, showcasing strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Key Skills:
    • Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities.
    • Proven problem-solving and decision-making proficiency.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring high performance in challenging situations.
  • Preferred Brand Experience:
    • Candidates with experience in renowned brands such as O General, LG, Samsung, Croma, Voltas, Haier, Panasonic, Daikin, Lloyd, Bosch, Havells, Godrej and Boyce, Whirlpool, Blue Star, and Bajaj Electricals are highly preferred.
    • At least 2 years as customer service and communication, demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
