 Job Overview:


Sinolanka Hotels is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the interior fit-out projects for our F&B venues. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a dynamic and growing company.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects for F&B venues.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide technical solutions and expertise on materials and design.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
- Report directly to the Chairman.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of materials, project planning, execution, and technical solutions.


Compensation:


- Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Project Duration: 6 Months
