Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountabity.

Review and familiarize drawing, specification and plan the inspection and test process.

Prepare/review inspection and test plan or Quality Plan to ensure all inspection and testing requirements.

Ensure all NDT and work procedure relevant to the job acceptance or rejection.

Submit the ITP and procedures to QC engineer for review and approval.

Perform IGIR and Verify non-confirming incoming material as reported by stores.

Carry out planned un-progress and final inspection as per the ITP

Carry out/Supervise NDT works as per ITP and work procedures.

Report and documents any non-conformity found as ascertain the root cause of NCR.

Reviewing welding procedures, welder performance qualification and procedure qualification record

PIPE FACING MACHINE OPERATOR

SALERY - 2500 - 3000 SAR

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Gulf Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in pipe facing machine operation Experience with Pipe Facing Machines preferred Willingness to participate in telephonic interviews.

Physical fitness for offshore work This role involves operating pipe facing machines to ensure precise beveling of pipes during pipeline installation on offshore barges.
