Role & responsibilities
- Design annual training calendar by conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with hospital policies and procedures.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Utilize effective instructional techniques and learning principles to maximize learning outcomes.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and simulations to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
- Implement assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Evaluate training outcome regularly to maintain effectiveness of training.
- Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Ensure all training activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant performance, and training materials.
- Conduct regular training and trainer feedback survey.
- Identify individual training needs and recommend appropriate development opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, department managers, and senior leadership to identify training priorities and initiatives.
- Communicate training schedules, objectives, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Organize monthly orientation and reorientation training programs for new joiners and existing staff.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to manage training programs and track participant progress.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Preferred Immediate Joiners
- Proven experience as a Trainer in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices.
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CTP, CTD) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
