Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and cost control.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for civil engineering works such as steel truss bridges and road tunnels.
- Oversee NATM (New Austrian Tunnelling Method) tunneling operations, including slope stabilization and rock bolting.
- Manage tunnel construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Manage slope stability works using anchored high tensile mesh wire technology together with hybrid/ composite reinforced earth structure
- Communicate with consultant and draft letters.
- Incharge of overall progress of project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15 years in construction works, Experience of construction of at least one (1) Road Tunnel and one (1) steel truss/ steel arch bridge
- Experience as Project/Construction Manager, Minimum no. of years: 5, Of at least one Project of Contract value of 90 cror INR or more or more
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proven track record of managing complex construction projects using FIDIC rules
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
