 Scaffolding Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Perform supervisory activities in accordance with the guidance specified in the relative project documents, including Inspection, Method Statement, drawings, appropriate industry standards (Aramco) Guidance) and reporting formats. o Ensure the make-up of the Scaffold Team are qualified personnel and the relevant ratio of advanced scaffolders to basic scaffolders for the structures involved. o Ensure that scaffold materials are stored and handled in accordance with the manufacturers requirements and component type traceability is maintained and used. o Carry out a pre-work survey of the work area to confirm client instructions, area restrictions, access and egress arrangements, materials quantity and plant requirements. o Supervise scaffolding personnel to ensure operatives and support personnel carry out their works to support the contracted scaffolding requirements. o Ensure completed scaffold structures conform to project specifications. o Ensure client Acceptance and Handover of scaffold structure is carried out. o Monitor scaffold inspection feedback and recommend improvements. o Prepare daily reports in agreed formats for the status of work and progress. o Take part in supporting internal or third-party audits of the Companys quality control system. o Arrange for Timely inspection of the scaffold structure on completion of each works stage or phase and resolve any non-compliance issues. o Liaise with client representatives on progression of the works and reporting output. o Encourage best practice in all involved work disciplines and particularly regarding health and safety and environmental issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates shall be familiar with Aramco standard and having Valid Aramco certificates

QC Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily quality control activities, including conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing quality assurance procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience.

• Previous Aramco experience is a must.

• Previous Aramco approval is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in API 650 storage tank construction activities.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certificate for the welding supervisor.
• Shall demonstrate review and preparation of WPS and PQRs.
• Shall demonstrate knowledge of ASME Sec IX

• Mechanical shall demonstrate knowledge of ASME II, V.

• Experience shall be proven by experience letters.
• Shall demonstrate supervision skills and problem-solving awareness.
• ISO-9001-2015 awareness.

Senior Design Engineer - Tanks

Role & responsibilities

1. Perform Design Calculation and analysis of Storage Tanks based on API650 / API620 including all Annexures and special consideration for below:

* Site Erected Tanks (Dia more than 61m)

* Aluminum Dome Roof

* Steel Dome Roofs

* Steel Cone Roofs (Self supported / Column supported

* Internal Floating Roof Tanks

* External Floating Roof Tanks

* Nozzle Analysis

* Platforms and cleat Analysis

* FEA of complete tank

* Transportation analysis of Shop tanks

* Lifting analysis of shop tanks

2. Preparing MSS (Material Specification Sheet) for Pressure/non-Pressure parts

3. Communicating with Clients, Consultants and third-party inspectors for approvals of Engineering Deliverables.

4. Checking / Reviewing shop drawings and guiding Draftsmen.

5. Checking / Reviewing Material Take-off (BOM) prepared by Draftsmen.

6. Checking / Reviewing work (e.g. Design Calculations, Analysis, Material Specifications etc.) of Design Engineers.

7. Meeting requirements of applicable code & standard API 650, ASCE, ASME SEC VIII DIV-1, SEC II Part A&D, etc.

8. Meeting requirements of applicable project documents, Specifications etc.

9. Completing Tasks and responsibilities as per project requirements and preparing the team work load plan accordingly.

10. Complying with requirements of ISO 9001-2008 & with requirements mentioned in QA manual.

11. Work with management for upgrading, improving or purchasing new softwares.

12. Proficiency in selecting Engineering materials, proposing alternative materials as and if required.

13. Hands-on Experience with Aramco Standards.

Draftsman - Mechanical

Role & responsibilities

• Create General arrangement drawings and detailed fabrication drawings for pressure vessels, columns, tanks & heat exchangers.

• Collect initial drawings, data sheets, calculations, and design ideas from engineers, and combine all relevant data for creating the GA & fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Verify design details and recommend modifications according to company standards and best practices.
• Provide technical clarifications & solutions for the queries arising from production during fabrication stages.
• Provide support to the engineering team as needed by creating technical drawings and digital models within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables include all relevant design details.
• Assist in the ongoing project to standardize and unify the drawings.
• Responsible for plate layout for ordering the material.
• Responsible for creating the BOM for flanges, pipes, forgings, fasteners & gaskets.
• Modify and revise drawings as per client comments.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Preparation of General arrangement drawing, fabrication detail drawing & material take-off for Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns, Heat Exchanger.

• Professional certification in mechanical drawing.
• Having knowledge of Saudi Aramco standard drawings and requirements will provide an advantage.
• Study & review Clients specification & standards before starting new project.
• To compile the daily status of incoming and outgoing drawings.
• To submit revised drawings as per comments to the client to seek final approval.
• Assist the Purchase Department in preparing summarized project-wise BOQ requirements.
• Co-ordinate between factory & design department.
• Preparation of plate development, and nesting of plates.
• Preparation of Plate Cutting Layout.
• Experience in Structural Drawings like Platforms, ladders, & Stacks, etc.
• Responsibility includes Fabrication drawings with BOM.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
• Experience in any other 3D modeling software, such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro-e, etc., will be an advantage.

Rigger 3

Role & responsibilities

o Understand the preparation and reinstatement requirements in respect of the work area, materials and equipment, and the possible consequences of incorrect actions in these areas.

o Be able to read and interpret relevant, quality standards and equipment manuals, and to follow work instructions, lift plans and relevant schedules.

o Understand which tools and equipment to use, and when, and will follow relevant training, methods and techniques and quality control and safety procedures for their use.

o Understand their responsibilities for ensuring the care and security of tools and equipment used.

o Understand the types of defects and faults that can occur, how to identify them, and what action to take.

o Be able to handle a range of digital information technology and equipment as appropriate to support work related tasks and to communicate information.
