We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our tile showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will lead the sales team, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and drive marketing initiatives to promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
Plan and execute showroom events and promotions
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the tile industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
